yesterday we went on a picnic and took a long walk on some trails by a farm. it felt absolutely perfect in the woods with shaded trees all around. elle ended up falling asleep and eisley decided she wanted to push the stroller on the way back. i love, love, love time with those shirley girls.
it almost didn't feel like missouri as we walked around. springfield has a few trails and i think we'll walk every one of them at some point this summer. i love being a mom and having mom friends. :)
(ps. i'm making some changes with the help of naomi! so the blog in under construction for the time being)
